What you need

Ingredients

  • 3 each bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 each large onions, chopped
  • 3 lb 96/4 lean ground beef
  • 8 serving protein pasta
  • 8 oz Beef Bacon, Chopped
  • 880 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 bag fat-free mozzarella
  • 50 g one-third-less-fat cream cheese
  • 50 g Pecorino Romano
  • 300 ml high-protein milk
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 12 oz Broccoli
How to make it

Directions

  1. Cook the peppers and onions in a hot skillet until softened.
  2. Add the lean ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat if present.
  3. Cook the beef bacon separately until crisp. Chop it and add it to the meat mixture; discard the rendered grease.
  4. Cook the protein pasta to al dente and drain.
  5. Blend cottage cheese, honey, mozzarella, cream cheese, Pecorino Romano, milk, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Combine pasta, meat mixture, vegetables, bacon, and sauce. Heat gently until evenly coated.
  7. Divide immediately into 10 meal-prep containers. Refrigerate several portions and freeze the remainder.
